Samantha’s Story

I am 33 and have two young children, ages 1 and 3. I was diagnosed with stage 2B invasive ductal carcinoma in May.

I have had a double mastectomy, six months of chemotherapy, and five weeks of daily radiation.

I also have the BRCA mutation and will be having my ovaries and fallopian tubes removed next month, after which I will start my endocrine therapy.
