Monique’s Story

Hi there! I am a 38-year-old mom to the sweetest 10-year-old son and wife who was diagnosed with stage 4 - triple-negative, inflammatory breast cancer in July of 2022. I’ve been on active IV chemo treatment since September 1, 2022, and have yet to stop.

It’s been a rough go these last months with the progression I’ve been having. I’m currently metastatic to bone (literally all over head to toe including the skull - face radiation is no joke), lungs (itty bitty amounts), and liver (really progressing there).

I’m thankful to have treatment options, but the side effects have been starting to affect the quality of life. It’s been hard to find joy these days, but I try for my son. I heard about your program through "ohyouresotough." I love her page because it’s just so darn relatable. I’d love to be considered for one of your boxes.
