Hi, my name is Jennifer! It's nice to meet you! I absolutely adore everything about Boxed by an Angel!

Here's my story... I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma in situ on 9/13/2023. Three months after I finished breastfeeding my youngest son, I discovered a lump in my breast. What I initially thought was a clogged duct turned out to be breast cancer. I've recently completed chemotherapy, finishing at the end of January, and now I'm awaiting a double mastectomy at the end of this month.

Additionally, I'll be undergoing immunotherapy every three weeks for the next year. It's been quite a journey, but my two boys, aged 6 and 20 months, keep me motivated. I must persevere through this for them and for myself. I want to witness them grow old, and I'm determined to do anything necessary to ensure a long life with my boys. These thoughts propel me forward and will see me through this ordeal. I must... there's simply no other option. Despite the challenges of the past few months, I maintain hope that one day, I'll be able to share my story and offer support to others facing similar struggles. Thank you for listening :)
