Meredith’s Story

Hi, I'm Meredith. On December 26th, I went to the ER with an 8-day stomach ache and was told I have multiple tumors. I was transferred to UTMB in Galveston, a bigger hospital, where I stayed for 3 days for testing.

I've been diagnosed with two cancers: Yolk Sac Germ Cell Cancer in my uterus, which has spread to my entire stomach lining, causing fluid buildup (drained 5 times since January 2nd), and a stage one tumor in my endometrium.

I started tough chemo on January 22nd, and it's the hardest battle I've faced. I'm a 31-year-old wife and mom of 3, and I have to keep fighting. I'm on BEP chemo, and I'll lose all my hair in the next few weeks. I'm feeling really sad and scared. I'd be honored to receive support to help me in this battle. Thank you for considering me.
